Yes. While HomeMobility Physical Therapy is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly, patients may request a detailed receipt called a superbill.
A superbill includes the information your insurance company may require to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Some insurance plans will reimburse a portion of the visit cost depending on your individual benefits. Learn more about how reimbursement works here
Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network physical therapy benefits.
We are happy to provide a superbill after your visit if you would like to submit a claim.

In New York State, Direct Access allows you to see a physical therapist without a referral from your physician for up to 10 visits or 30 days, whichever comes first.
Many people seek care for concerns such as dizziness, imbalance, or fall prevention without first visiting their doctor.
If additional care is needed beyond that timeframe, we can help coordinate with your physician to obtain a referral.
-
Each visit is personalized and takes place in the comfort of your home.
We begin by discussing your symptoms and medical history and performing a vestibular and balance screening to help identify the cause of your dizziness or vertigo. Treatment may include specific exercises, gaze stabilization training, or repositioning maneuvers designed to improve vestibular function and reduce symptoms.
Many vestibular conditions can improve in just a few visits.

Visits are personalized and focused on improving balance, mobility, and confidence with everyday movement.
Sessions may include strength and mobility exercises, walking training, and practical strategies to help reduce fall risk. Because visits take place in your home environment, we can also address real-life challenges such as stairs, uneven surfaces, and daily movement throughout your living space, along with simple home safety and environmental modifications that can make everyday movement easier and safer.
The goal is to support safe, confident movement and long-term independence.
